I made a new friend

His name is redbox. Ok...yes, redbox may be responsible for the
downfall of movie rental stores like blockbuster and Hollywood video
but netflix did it first... and redbox does it better.

I'm learning...

So my quest to become a better human has progressed. I feel good about
life. Next step? Become super human. I am going to music my fucking
ears off. I've been pianoing and guitaring until my fingers bleed and
I couldn't be happier. My music talents have grown so much in the last
few months and I think I'm ready to melt some faces. Also: find Son
House and be inspired like I have.

Date night.

I had a date night with Nicole a while back.

Success.

     Same party as the last. Same rules. Same people showed up. Only this time I had a co-hostess (and I didn't have to carry anyone out of the bathroom). I feel really lucky to have spent the last few months with people that I care so much about and whom I feel care about me the same. It is a huge deal to have friends you can trust and who are like your family. 

      New Years went great. Spent it with such good friends. Alan fed me a slice of pound cake with a habanero shoved in it. I started hiccuping profusely and passed on the favor along to Austin but he was too drunk by that time to realize what I had done. Oh well... sometimes revenge is silent.

Also this one time I got all punchy because I drank whiskey and Melanie tried to fight me like a bull.

Well.. tonight was great... the people who showed up were champions. the people who didn't were lost beyond their own knowledge. whomever attended knows just how much a good of time was had and that is all that matters. I am so thankful for the friends I have. so thankful. I am blessed. we are all blessed.

as per usual, no picture evidence is available but that just means if you weren't here. you missed out. I can't wait until the clean up tomorrow morning.
